2025 Sustainability Report

Taking action now to adapt buildings

This summer, heat waves have been sweeping across Europe, highlighting the crucial role buildings play in addressing climate change.

At StellaGroup, the challenges of building adaptation are at the heart of our business. The solar protection solutions we develop play a key and sustainable role: they regulate natural light and heat gain, optimise thermal insulation throughout the year by reducing the need for heating and air conditioning, consume little energy and enhance the resilience of living and working spaces.

Implementing our solutions helps prevent poor buildings adaptation. As a result, our solutions reduce long-term risks.

Through the STELLA IMPACT sustainability programme, StellaGroup continues to structure its initiatives around three pillars: REDUCE greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and environmental impacts, GET INVOLVED with the employees and ACT with the local communities.

This year marks a turning point for the Group with the submission of its GHG emission reduction targets for 2033 to the SBTi. This ambitious and measurable decarbonisation roadmap relies on the involvement of all business units and all teams.

Employee safety, recruitment and the training of young talent are integral parts of the Group’s policy, with significant progress made in 2025. For example, the German company ERHARDT has achieved two consecutive years without any accident.

Finally, the creation of the StellaGroup Foundation in 2025 has further strengthened our commitment to medical research, health and equal opportunity, fostering a more inclusive and supportive society.
